The Chestermere Indus Referee Association (CIRA) Executive meets monthly during the hockey season. All meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month (Sept through April) at 6:00pm at the Chestermere Recreation Centre - Minor Hockey Office. These meetings are closed meetings for Executive members only, unless approved in advance by the Chairman.

The Chestermere Indus Referees Association (CIRA) General Meetings are held monthly during the hockey season. All members are invited and asked to attend. General Meetings are held the third Sunday of everymonth (Oct through April). In addition to handling the associations regular business, cheques are issued at the end of the meeting.
